1. What is the difference between a bridal assistant, wedding planer and wedding coordinator?

Bridal assistants, wedding planners and wedding coordinators basically do the same kind of work in planning weddings and in coordinating them. There are several differences in the way different individuals work, but the main difference is that the bridal assistant has a special focus on the bride, not just on her wedding activities and ceremonies, but also on her appearance, emotional and physical health.

Not necessarily, it all depends on the bride on how organized she is, on whether she can afford a bridal assistant, on her work schedule and on how much time she has to execute all her wedding planning activities. It also depends on her family set-up, some families are close-knit and are able to organize a wedding without the help of a wedding planner. The couple can also decide to hire an assistant for some aspects of the  wedding and leave the rest their families and friends to coordinate.
